Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 11:00.

Reception is covered 24 hours. Our hotel entrance is coded access, so please use the intercom on arrival to gain access.

Cancellation terms depend on the rate booked. Options range from free cancellation up to 3pm the day before arrival, to free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Full terms are confirmed at the time of booking, and details can also be found in your booking confirmation.

HQ Aparthotel Farnborough is located at 2 Victoria Road, Farnborough, GU14 7GX, just a five-minute walk from Farnborough Railway Station and the town centre.

Yes, we offer onsite car parking.  The charge per 24 hour period is £7.50. Parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Please note that height restrictions apply – 3.5m (front car park) and 4m (back car park)

Yes, four 22kw EV charging points are available at the hotel. EV Charging is via the Charge Assist App and additional charges apply, in addition to the parking charges. The standard hotel parking charge per 24 hour period is £7.50.

We do not have a restaurant on-site.  Alternatively, there are several restaurants serving breakfast very close to the aparthotel.

Yes, our apartments are family-friendly and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have some rooms with a sofabed, and we can also provide Z Beds and travel cots on request.

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout all apartments and communal areas at HQ Aparthotel Farnborough.

Farnborough Railway Station is a short 5 minute walk away, offering easy access to central London in under an hour – the fast train to London is 38 minutes. For those travelling further, there are also connections to the South and Southwest. Farnborough North Station also has a direct link to Reading with connections to the Southwest, Wales, the Midlands and London Paddington.

HQ Aparthotel Farnborough is close to Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre (home of the Farnborough International Airshow and The British Motor Show), Farnborough Airport, and Ascot Racecourse (around 20 minutes by road) for Royal Ascot. The town centre’s shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

Yes, we provide weekly housekeeping and linen services for all our apartments. Additional cleans can also be arranged at an additional charge – simply ask at Reception.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly aparthotel. Pets are welcome in designated apartments on the ground floor. For your furry friend to stay, there will be a £15 per day charge.
